I had a 7:15 am appointment for an oil change and transmission service. I was the first service appointment of the day. Was told it would be completed in 2/2 1/2 hours. I was asked if I was waiting transmission service. I was the first service appointment of the day. Was told it would be completed in 2/2 1/2 hours. I was asked if I was waiting I said yes. At 9:30 am I asked for an update and was told it would be 30 minutes more. I noticed my truck at this point sitting outside a work bay with the hood open for over an hour without being touched. I do not live close to this dealership but always take my truck there for service because I purchased the vehicle there and felt I was being loyal to them. 4 and 1/2 hours later they said my truck was ready and they brought another truck up to the driveway. It was not my truck. Needless to say I sat there in the customer waiting room frustrated. Every other customer in the waiting room had left by the time my truck was finally finished. I spoke with the service manager and he did lower the cost of the service but this is the last time I will ever take my truck there for service. Apparently loyalty means little there. I own a 2018 Chevy Silverado crew cab that I bought there brand new. Goodbye Harbor Chevrolet. More

We received excellent customer service from Teresa Palacios (I assume she's listed as Teresa Martin below). She responded quickly to txt we sent and was willing to go the extra mile to make things easy for us. She was delightful to work with! When we arrived we wore masks due to my husband's health condition, and she went a got a mask for herself without any asking on our behalf. So considerate! The whole dealership was wonderful to work with but Teresa made the experience as easy as possible. I admit that buying a car is stressful for me because it's such a large expense and I was anxious but Teresa put me at ease. She really listened to us unlike another dealer who looked at his phone messages while we were trying to access the car. I really appreciate her service! More
