Went to dealership for my quarterly oil change. Made an appointment with Christopher Lopez. Showed up at 9:00 for a 9:15 appointment, didn’t get contacted until 9:45. Once Mr. Lopez contacted me, h Made an appointment with Christopher Lopez. Showed up at 9:00 for a 9:15 appointment, didn’t get contacted until 9:45. Once Mr. Lopez contacted me, he was very courteous and professional. Once my vehicle was done, I met with Mr. Lopez to pay for the services. I was told my vehicle would be right out. I sat and waited for and additional 30 minutes and that was including the time I sat there after my car was parked in a parking stall and not where I was told to wait. I saw the gentleman who parked my truck and asked him if it was done, he said yes and walked on by. I had to go back in and ask if my truck was ready. After being asked to see my paper work, by Mr. Lopez. He told me he would have someone out there with my vehicle. I’ve been going to Harbor Chevrolet for years and this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. What I experienced was a total lack of communication. Don’t know if I’ll go back. More

Went to dealership to pick up my truck after the service was done. I waited about 15-20 minutes because they didn’t know where my truck was parked at. I was worried for a bit. About 4-5 people needed to get was done. I waited about 15-20 minutes because they didn’t know where my truck was parked at. I was worried for a bit. About 4-5 people needed to get involved to find my truck. I don’t know if I would back to this location after this. Overall the service was good and finished quickly. More

Dropped my car off at 8 a. m. for a brake check and electrical issue. No one called, I called at 4:45 p.m. for an update. I was told that it was in a bay but no work was done a m. for a brake check and electrical issue. No one called, I called at 4:45 p.m. for an update. I was told that it was in a bay but no work was done and it would be done by noon the next day. No call. I called at 12:30 p.m. and no work was done. The service rep. said she would call back. An hour later I called again, again no work was done. Their excuse was they were really swamped. I told them to have it ready and I was picking it up. Nothing but excuses from the service reps. What a clown show. More
