Salesman Erik, and his two managers Sheldon and Matt, were absolutely fantastic in every way. I’m fact, I’d venture to say this was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had — and as a certif were absolutely fantastic in every way. I’m fact, I’d venture to say this was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had — and as a certified gearhead, I’ve purchased many (mostly performance) cars in my years. None of the stereotypes of car buying reared their ugly heads here: no games, no pressure, no runaround, no forced, disingenuous periods of “let me go to bat for you with my manager while you wait here for 30 minutes.” Zero sense that a fast one was being pulled on me. Instead, my gut immediately told me that these guys were genuine, meant what they said, respected me, took pride in their jobs and that I could feel at ease. Which I did. I know cars, I know the market, and I know if I’m being fed xx. But Erik and team exemplified friendliness, professionalism and intelligence, and I quickly knew I was dealing with honorable people. The team was extremely accommodating and understanding of my requests and were reasonable in negotiations. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently, and even finance manager Luis was a pleasure to deal with — I never once felt the pressure of a typically mandatory upsell. All in all, an absolutely A+ experience from the pros at Harvor Chevrolet. More

I also got to give Luis the finance manager some xxxxxxI told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I highly recommend this dealership friendly fast and right to the point. More
The service department forgot to charge the batteries on my car so I could make it back home. Plus the service advisor never reached out to me to tell me my car was ready. I had to chase him. Upon returning the loaner car your lot guy made a very rude gesture accusing me of not taking good car of the loaner car right off the cuff since I had an appointment to get to I asked for his supervisor to come and check the car and he said everything was ok. Folks like this guy should be restrained from being in a customer-facing positions or allowed interactions with customers. He was offensive, rude and impatient to sum it up. I don’t think I would be coming back at your dealership for future service based on the above incidents. It looks like in your dealership the customer is not valued properly across the board.. More
I had a great experience with this dealership. I did a build on Chevrolet.com, for a 2023 Tahoe LS. I picked out 3 local dealership to have the build sent to. Harbor was one of them. Laura I did a build on Chevrolet.com, for a 2023 Tahoe LS. I picked out 3 local dealership to have the build sent to. Harbor was one of them. Laura Guzman was the sales person who responded to my build. We discuss on email a few things, and then went to Harbor to discuss it more. We discussed the various items on the build, and added a few items. Just simple stuff, as I am not a fan of all the various gadgets. Ms. Guzman and I discussed allotments and how that worked. Out of the 3 dealerships, only the email from Harbor was the actual salesperson. The other dealerships, I was handed off to a different person, than the one in the email. I had gone to another dealership before, doing the online build. They wanted to add on a bunch of stuff I did not need or want, and would not even negotiate on the Tahoe. I ended up ordering thru Harbor and Ms. Guzman. Only took a little over a month from when I ordered the Tahoe, to when it came in. The delivery was easy and went smooth. I would recommend Harbor Chevrolet and Ms. Guzman. Another reason for purchasing from Harbor, is the fact that it has a small town feel to it. Not just one of the dealerships in a mass conglomerate. Best Chevy Dealership in America! This should be the award given to this dealership. We were looking for a new Suburban z71 and had been looking for a while. The day before coming to Harbor Chevrolet we had a nightmare experience with Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys. A salesman had texted us the window sticker showing an MSRP of 79k. So, we sat in nightmare Los Angeles traffic for hours to get there - only to find out they had a dealer markup of 10k on the Suburban and then they wanted another 10k in mandatory add on products. The lack of integrity was unbelievable. I almost vowed to never own a Chevy again (this would be our 3rd Suburban)! Upon contacting Harbor Chevrolet the next day for a Suburban on their lot and working with Eddie, Josh and Sergio - we had the most incredible service! Everyone was very kind but what we loved most was the integrity of these three men. No game playing. We worked a deal where everyone felt they got what they needed. This dealership restored my faith in humanity and that car buying can be a painless and even joyful experience! We will forever be a customer of Harbor Chevrolet and will refer everyone we know. Honest, kind people are true treasures. Almost the same features/Suburban and Harbor Chevy was 86k out the door and Keys Van Nuys wanted 108k! AND get WAY better service at Harbor Chevrolet! More
