Had to schedule service on my volt for an error I received for the battery. Spoke with Rhonda first thing in the morning and she asked me to bring it in as soon as I could. I looked around san Diego for a good deal on Chevy volt (new). after exhausting every option I looked on line . I was very lucky to come across harbor Chevrolet . within 10 min. they found my car and appro (new). after exhausting every option I looked on line . I have to tell you I was a little bit of a pain in the xxx on the phone because I have been screwed over before in long distance purchases. I just couldn't believe the purchase would be smooth . I was afraid after driving 1.5 hrs. in holiday traffic the car would not be as advertised or the salesman would back down on previous statements . I have to say I was amazed .no hitches , no hyperbole . everything was as represented on the phone and every person I met at the dealership from manager on down treated me with respect and dignity. certainly this dealership is run by professionals looking to generate future business. the owner of this flagship Chevy dealer should be proud of his employees .I also bought a Lexus that week for my wife , for the money difference I paid for that rx350 I was not treated any better.
