I took my new Corvette Stingray for the Pit Stop service however one warranty work and a recall work needed to be done on mu vehicle which took 3 days. I think the GM dealers need to offer at least loaner cars to customers when their cars is in for warranty work. More

I started looking at the Camaro as a possible new car several months ago, but I had never purchased a brand new car before, so it seemed like a very intimidating process the first time around. However, based on the good reviews of this dealer and a recommendation from a friend who had dealt with them before, I decided to take a test drive and consider making my purchase at Harbor Chevrolet. I am so, so glad I did. Dallas and the other employees at this dealer went far out of their ways to make sure that I received exactly what I wanted, a 2014 2LT Camaro RS in crystal red tintcoat. Even though they did not have that exact color on hand (being a premium color), they were able to bring one over for me from another, much farther away dealer. It would have been almost impossible for me to obtain the exact car I wanted without the hands-on help from Dallas and Harbor Chevrolet. Dallas's customer service was impeccable in every way. He was friendly, easy to understand, and not at all pushy. He explained everything in detail both before and after I signed the contract and made me feel very comfortable with all the new features of the car; this was especially important for me, jumping from a very old 1997 to a 2014! I actually had a lot of fun buying my new car, which is not something I expected to happen! Dallas was also able to give me a very good price for the car, exactly what I was expecting to pay, which was a definite bonus. Service was incredibly quick. I spent almost no time waiting, and was able to drive away in my brand new car within two days of going down to the dealer. Having heard a lot of stories about people stuck waiting for hours, I am really pleased that I chose Harbor Chevrolet, as they worked quickly but efficiently and got me in and out the door like that. Perhaps most importantly, Dallas's excellent customer service did not stop even after I drove off the lot. The day after I purchased the car, I noticed a scratch on the window which we had failed to note when I picked up the car. I took the car back to the dealer, and Dallas saw me on the spot, got the car into service immediately, and was able to arrange for a replacement within twenty minutes. Dallas and all of the staff members at Harbor Chevrolet clearly value their customers. I absolutely love the car they sold me, and I am definitely looking forward to making future purchases at this dealer! More
