We had to turn in our 2011 Malibu after it's lease ran out and decided to go for a new 2014 Equinox. E.T. helped track one down in Glendale and even drove up to that dealer and picked up the one we w ran out and decided to go for a new 2014 Equinox. I love my service advisor, Miguel Reynoso. The ladies at the cashier counter are lukewarm. The service staff are very helpful and courteous. The waiting area is comfortable. Please decrease the volume on the advertising tablet by the TV. The ladies bathroom is clean. The service area is easy to get in and out of. The one thing I was not satisfied with on my last visit was, after coming in for scheduled maintenance and having owned the vehicle for almost 2 years now, brand new, the discovery of a saran like plastic wrapped around the rear drive shaft. The piece that was shown to me was a good one inch thick of tightly wound plastic. I'm not blaming anyone. I'm just wondering how it could have been missed. It was my responsibility to ask for clarification. I was just glad to know I wasn't crazy when I mentioned it to my husband that I hear plastic flying in the wind when I drive. That was a year ago. Yes, I will recommend the service dept of Harbor Chevrolet. Maria More
