He is very straightforward and honest with the information. The Harbor service dept. is so much better than the other Chevy dealer I was going to for service. I started bringing my truck here for service a little over a year ago and could not be happier. More

The Service team at Harbor dug in and finally fixed a recurring issue with the knock sensors, giving a service engine warning light. Turns out that the knock sensor parts were defective, in that they worked for a short time before failing. Possibly due to handling due to shipping. Trying suggestions from GM tech support, did not fix the problem. Eventually leading to them contacting the manufacturer of the part, and getting a bench check procedure to check the knock sensor, before it was installed. After going through 2 batches, they were able to find a good part, and got it installed. I've got 400 miles on this part, so I'm pretty confident that they found the fix. After the first attempt to fix the issue, it was covered by "warranty" on Harbor's part. Thank you to Miguel Reynoso, Chris Lopez, and the Tech's that worked on my truck. I know it was frustrating to see me pull up with the same issue. Good Job, and thanks for not giving up. GM and the part manufacturer, should look into how they package the parts for shipping, if that is why the part was not reliable. More
