Miguel was great to deal with, very proactive and did all he could to ensure I had a good experience there. As soon as he looked at the extent of the work, he put me into a loaner to avoid stress. He kept me up to date as the work progressed so I could plan around work accordingly. I drive out of my way to get servicing done at this dealership. More

It was a big relief to meet a professional like Garth Passantino. Garth Quickly realized my elevated frustration. Let me know that he would do everything he could to get me in a rental or get me truck diagnosed as soon as possible. I opted for a rental vehicle. He got me a ride to Enterprise and then followed up to make sure that i was done there and on my way home. He then called and advised me that the truck would need more time for diagnosis and he would follow up in the morning. This indeed he did and advised me of my problem. The diagnosis was precise and I am happily driving my vehicle around again with no problems. The last thing that I thought would go my way that day was my trip to the Dealership. However it was the only thing during this debacle that was actually professionally handled with my best interest in mind and not them. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle and was checked on making sure I was OK after being dropped off at the rental agency. I have been going to Harbor Chevrolet for a year now and the personnel in the service department are always professional and friendly (especially Miguel). He takes care of my vehicle as if it were his own and advises me of my vehicles needs with my budget in mind, which I greatly appreciate. I trust his experience and advise. The overall experience would have received 5 stars yet I am not impressed with the labor fees, yet I keep in mind that for quality service it is the price that I must pay in comparison to the work received from a local shade-tree mechanic which I won't have the guarantee or warranty of the work performed. The experience is great and they provided transportation so that I would not be late to my scheduled meetings. Even the driver picking me up was there at the exact time that they stated. My 2007 runs like a 2014 Tahoe and I will continue to go here. I highly recommend this service department especially if you care what type of work is performed on your vehicle. More
