Our next encounter involved Ms. Martell. She scheduled our appointment and provided directions, our advisor name and shared that there waiting room was a great place if we chose to wait on our vehicle to be serviced. To fast forward to our day of service... We entered the service area and asked for our Advisor, Miguel. Miguel Reynoso kindly gestured and the impeccable service began. Miguel explained in detail what our hour and a half of service would consist off, to make ourselves comfortable and reach out to him if we needed anything. After service, my son and I were driving home and we both agreed and really appreciated Miguel keeping us informed with the progress of our service. Miguel's joy and expertise are noted in our family and will definitely be shared with others who drive a Chevrolet and/or looking for great service and loving people. Double thumbs up to Ms. Martell and Miguel Reynoso!!! More

Bill is Best Not only was Bill Ortiz friendly and helpful, he was accurately truthful. We found no holes in what he told us, which was not so true elsewhere. We were very happy to provide him with our business. As the icing on the cake, we paid $36 less than we had expected to pay upon arrival. Our experience in finance was not so nice. We paid cash and expected an expeditious run through finance. First, we were subjected to a sales pitch that was presented as something that must be done to prevent lawsuits against the dealer. This was a total waste of our time and of Bill's because he had to wait for us to finish up. The rest should have just been a long set of state-mandated signatures. However, even that was delayed because the finance person did not know what to do with our vanity plate transfer. Even though he had to stay longer than he should have, Bill was gracious and made sure that we could ask any questions and find out anything about our new car that we wished. I know nothing of the other sales people, but I'll be sure to tell anyone I find who's interested in a new GM car to go to Harbor Chevrolet AND ask for Bill Ortiz specifically. Bill is not the sort of car sales person you expect to find at a dealer. There was no dickering and no funny business. He explained everything, including prices and trade-in valuation completely. BTW, I did not rate "Quality of Work" above because no "work" was done, e.g. on a car. More

The sales guy George Lopez had all the specks on the used car we were looking to purchase, answered all our questions and did not feel pressured like those other sales people you encounter. Manager bought pizza for everyone because he only had one finance guy and it was taking a while for the paper work to get processed. But the best part was I got a call back from Juan (finance guy) two days later that another bank was willing to give me a great rate on the car and all I had to do was come back to redo the contract. I saved the $3,000.00 in interest. I’ve got to say this place is great and I will definitely purchase my next car with them. Highly recommend this dealership. Thanks a lot Juan and George you guys are the best. More
"Great Service at Harbor Chevrolet" I've been dealing with Harbor Chevrolet ever since I bought my Corvette Z06 there about three years ago. I've always been treated fairly. The Harbor folks are honest with their service and quality of service. I also use them to service my '04' GMC Sierra. They never try to sell you something you don't need but tell you what you really need to do. Their pricing is competitive with other dealers. My service adviser is Garth and he's a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend Harbor Chevrolet. More
Not happy My initial contact bringing in the car was fine, I spoke with Bill and he assisted me fine. When I came to pick up the car, I stood in the office for several minutes. Everyone, minus Sam was on the phone. I had to finally ask Sam if he worked there and if he could help me. I didn't know I had to go to the cashier to pick up my car. Once he helped me, he was very helpful and friendly, so no big deal, but didn't meet my expectations. The servicing was below standard. After picking up my car, I drove it home, which is just across the street, about 1/4 mile. The car stayed in my garage until I left for work at 9:30 pm that night. When I got out to the car, I noticed one of my tires was only 17 psi. Should be 38 psi. When I checked the tire, the tire was fine. I then checked the other tires and the tire that was low was another tire, not the one the panel showed. Apparently, the Service Dept. Mechanic didn't reset the tire sensors after rotating the tires. He also didn't check the tires for pressure, even though part of the service I paid for was a full inspection. Needless to say, I was late to work and I wasn't very happy with your service dept. I orginally purchased my Volt from George Chevrolet, but because of the distance, I chose to use your facility to have any service done to the car. That way I can just walk home after dropping off the car. I guess that was a mistake and I'll most likely go back to George, even with the distance inconvenience. I know some of these things may seem like small issues, but if I can trust someone to take care of the small issues, how can I trust them to take care of the more critical ones.
