Very Poor Service Experience First, let me state my previous experiences with Harbor Chevrolet service department has been excellent. Unfortunately, I had a scheduled appointment First, let me state my previous experiences with Harbor Chevrolet service department has been excellent. Unfortunately, I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday July 19th at 8:15 AM. I was informed when scheduling my appointment that my Service coordinator was Michael Perez (new to Harbor Chevrolet) but ask for him when I arrive on Saturday. .I walk into the service area and was told immediately to get back in my car by Sam Galbraith and wait in line with the other automobiles. Sam's voice and actions were very non-professional. He wouldn't even allow me to explain I was here for a 8:15 AM appointment and was looking for Michael Perez. At the time of checking out after my automobile was services (initial Volt 2014 check up and tire rotation) I was charge for the tire rotation. I informed the service clerk that there shouldn't been a charge for my initial service. See informed me that I was in-correct and billed my credit card. I spoke with service coordinator who apologies and said he had made an error. The charge was taken off my credit line. As my original statement - I have the highest respect for Harbor Chevrolet service department including Ed - your service manager and Garth. I am not going to allow one negative experience change my opining of Harbor Chevrolet. But someone needs to explain to Sam Galbraith that his actions almost lost a good customer. I discovered the car online thru the USAA buying service and then made notification of intent From start to finish this has been a great experience. I discovered the car online thru the USAA buying service and then made notification of intent to purchase. I live in San Diego so it was not trivial to travel to Los Angeles to experience the car and then make a purchase decision. Once I made the notification of intent, Dallas worked via email and was incredibly helpful in providing information on the car. His follow-ups to my inquiries were timely, highly professional and personable. We ended up waiting 3 days till Saturday to make the trek from San Diego to Harbor Chevrolet. On arrival I felt as though the entire dealership was anticipating my arrival as everyone had smiles and greeted my wife and me. The check out and buying experience was wonderful. The car was immaculate and prepared for sale way over my expectation. Thankyou Harbor Chevrolet! More

Great Service experience I called Miguel to make the service request. Miguel verified they had the parts required for the job and called me back and made the appointment. When I called Miguel to make the service request. Miguel verified they had the parts required for the job and called me back and made the appointment. When I arrived Miguel greeted me by name, took me to the coffee bar, did the paper work and arranged for a rental car on their dime. The rental car was fine. Miguel called me at noon when it was to be finished to tell me the car would be ready at 2:00. All was smooth and the car was washed and ready in perfect operating condition. I couldn't ask for better service. More
