New Camaro Purchase I went in to look for a new Camaro and they made things quite easy. The staff was very friendly and I got a great deal on my Camaro. Very Poor Service Experience First, let me state my previous experiences with Harbor Chevrolet service department has been excellent. Unfortunately, I had a scheduled appointment First, let me state my previous experiences with Harbor Chevrolet service department has been excellent. Unfortunately, I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday July 19th at 8:15 AM. I was informed when scheduling my appointment that my Service coordinator was Michael Perez (new to Harbor Chevrolet) but ask for him when I arrive on Saturday. .I walk into the service area and was told immediately to get back in my car by Sam Galbraith and wait in line with the other automobiles. Sam's voice and actions were very non-professional. He wouldn't even allow me to explain I was here for a 8:15 AM appointment and was looking for Michael Perez. At the time of checking out after my automobile was services (initial Volt 2014 check up and tire rotation) I was charge for the tire rotation. I informed the service clerk that there shouldn't been a charge for my initial service. See informed me that I was in-correct and billed my credit card. I spoke with service coordinator who apologies and said he had made an error. The charge was taken off my credit line. As my original statement - I have the highest respect for Harbor Chevrolet service department including Ed - your service manager and Garth. I am not going to allow one negative experience change my opining of Harbor Chevrolet. But someone needs to explain to Sam Galbraith that his actions almost lost a good customer. (It's not what you say but how you say it makes a big difference) Regards Ed Havlik More
