Anyway, I took a chance and sent an email enquiry to Harbor for the car I wanted. Sal was quick to respond and told me that he had the car in stock. We worked out the pricing over the phone and I was very happy with the deal I got finally. Sal kept it professional and never lost his patience even when I switched the car I wanted in the middle (blame the wife for that). Sal also offered to drive the car home to me in Irvine. He showed up at the agreed upon time - this was great. Had all the paperwork with him, that I signed in my living room. Very painless. He then took the time to give me a demo and explained all the features. No rush at all. His ride back arrived, but Sal was giving all his attention to me. When I was comfortable, only then did he leave. Today (2 weeks later) we went to the dealership for the first time and were thrilled to be greeted with smiles all around, free lattes, hot chocolates and drinks in their lounge while we waited for our spare key to the programmed. Overall, very happy with the experience - got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and with service with a smile throughout. Sal is GREAT. Oh yeah...the Volt is a fantastic car. More

Worry free maintenance!. I took my Chevy Volt in for a problem with the 12V battery and OnStar system. They were fast, efficient, friendly and were even accommodating when I picked up the car in a bit of a rush to get back to work. Normally you have to drop off your rental car first, which is often paid for if you're under warranty, but they called the rental car place to have them pick the rental up at the dealer. Little details around customer service like that keep my coming back. Garth and his team are the best. I highly recommend this dealership. I bought my car there and always take it there for service. The sales team is also very professional and it is a pleasure working with them. More

After touring a number of dealers, I reached out to Salvador and we agreed on a deal and the exact car I was interested in over two or three phone calls. By the time my wife and I got to Harbor Chevrolet, our car was already parked out front, waiting for a test drive. All in all, Salvador was very personable and enjoyable to work with. Exceptional Service!!! I was looking to purchase a new car and keep the price under a certain amount. I went online and found a car that I liked. I emailed the dearlership and gave them the details of what I wanted. Within minutes, I received a response from Ruben Ruiz, Internet Manager with details regarding the car. I spoke to Ruben on the phone and gave him my information to start the credit approval process. I was approved within 15 minutes and was given a monthly payment amount that I was very happy with. I went the following day and Ruben had the car gassed up and ready to go for our test drive. I decided to buy the car on the spot and was out the door with my new car within an hour. The finance manager, Joni Feringa was also very helpful. Overall, the experience at Harbor Hyundai was exceptional. There was no price haggling and Ruben kept his word on what he said he would do for me. I will be recommending this dealer as well as Ruben to all of my friends and family. More

My boyfriend referred me to his Sales Consultant Dallas Maddela who helped him purchased his last two cars! From the first day we meet, we literally became BFF’s! Dallas called to check on me even on his off days… I can't tell you how much that meant to me after dealing with insurance companies and so on for the past month! Dallas was so kind, helpful, respectful, compassionate, friendly and always a gentleman; he really cared how I was feeling from the accident. I know I can be a bit demanding, but Dallas was there, he listened, responded to everything I requested and worked his MAGIC to make my 2nd new vehicle purchase the best ever! I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered without hesitation! When I returned to do the paperwork and pick up the car, it was bittersweet!
