Well Ryan took care of me from the get go with a simple hello, never pressured me and listened to everything I wanted. He went out of his way to make the deal happen and Im happy he did. My new Tahoe is perfect and couldnt be happier. But surprise they gave me a service contract for free and then everyone I spoke with after while I waited for my car to be detailed was like family. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Harbor Chevrolet’s Service Department for creating such an outstanding customer service experience throughout the GM Safety Recall repair process performed on my 2004 Saturn Ion. In particular, I wanted to single out the following employees; Bianca Lara – She initiated the repair process. It was my impression she was extremely thorough. Bianca ensured all safety related matters were going to be addressed and was responsive to any inquiries that I made while the replacement parts were ordered and delivered. She was very considerate of my time when scheduling the repair appointment. I also appreciated the appointment e-mails and reminder call Harbor Chevrolet’s Service Department provided. Moira Smith – Provided a very welcoming greeting at the Service Department. She accommodated my request to drop off my vehicle early. Moira quickly completed the necessary documentation and arranged transportation to my place of employment. She was responsive to the telephone inquiry I made during the repair process and returned my Saturn squeaky clean having it washed following the repairs. Joe ? – Very pleasant gentleman and safety conscious driver throughout the door-to-door service. I had no direct interactions with the mechanic(s) that performed the repairs. To date everything appears to be functioning optimally due to their efforts. Harbor Chevrolet’s Service Department employees embody professionalism and appear to take great pride in their work. Awesome!!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Lilia hours before I went in to test drive the car I wanted. I had just seen it the day before and wasn't sure of I had the pleasure of speaking with Lilia hours before I went in to test drive the car I wanted. I had just seen it the day before and wasn't sure of how it would look in person. Before I drove out to Harbor Chevrolet I called to find out when the earliest appointment could be. Lilia urged me to come as soon as I could and I did just that. To my surprise the my vehicle looked BETTER in person that it did on the website. It was clean and had the Carfax detail on the vehicle as well. I test drove and knew I wanted it. The best thing is that the sales team wasn't pushy about the sale. It was pretty much up to me, to act on the purchase. I knew what I wanted to spend per month and they were happy to accommodate just that. I was in by 1pm and out by 4pm. Not too bad i'd say. Harbor Chevrolet has plenty of vehicles to choose from and I'm glad that I made the right choice. I love my new car!! More
