Over the past 3 years, I have been looking for a specific Chevy Tahoe that would allow me to pull the trigger and purchase. One faithful Saturday I had scheduled 8 dealerships to visit and test-drive Tahoes Chevy Tahoe that would allow me to pull the trigger and purchase. One faithful Saturday I had scheduled 8 dealerships to visit and test-drive Tahoes all over Orange, Riverside, and San Diego County. I traveled to all of the dealerships except Harbor, and right when I had given up my quest an alert popped up on my phone for a White Chevy Tahoe that fit all the requirements appeared on my phone. As I arrived on site to view this vehicle I could not see it and figured it was already sold since at the time these SUVs were highly sought after even in the blink of an eye. As I approached the front of the dealership a young man came out to greet me and my wife. I asked a very simple question, Do you have a Chevy Tahoe, white with black rims on your lot? His response was "Yes we do". I was shown where the Tahoe was on the lot and it put a smile on my face. After dealing with the 3-year search, it finally ended that day. No hassle with pricing, no bait and switch. This team knows how to treat a customer right from the moment you walk onto the lot till the moment you leave the lot. The sales team was great and answered all my questions. There were no hard sales tactics as I have seen ALL of them over the years being in sales myself. This team truly supports the community and everyone around them and treated me like a person vs a sales number. He was not pushy like other dealerships and after our test drive and just weighing out our options we went home empty handed but we eventually came back and decided to go with Harbor Chevrolet.
