He has been beyond amazing with searching and finding me the car I was searching for. Due to the cold weather and my daughter leaving the light on in the car my car wouldnt start, Steven went out of his way and drove to us to make sure we were ok and that the car was working before heading home. Talk about going above and beyond.. Most definitely will be returning to buy future cars at this dealership. And not to for they cut my car payments by half and saved me tons of unnecessary headaches. Please before you buy a car stop by to see Hanna imports first.. they are even open on Sundays. Beca I highly recommend Hanna Imports, largely on the extraordinary customer service experience I had with the company’s Sales Associate, Steve Smith. Because of its excellent reputation, Hanna Imports was my first choice of dealerships when I was actively looking for a very specific car. Steve Smith helped me the day I went in and from the start he was completely focused on what I wanted. Because my criteria was so narrow it was easy for him to determine that there was nothing on the lot that would work. He mentioned that he would pass on my criteria to his manager who could look for a match with cars coming into the dealership. Steve and I walked outside onto the lot and he took time with me, even when he knew I was not a prospect for a sale, to explain how to work with sales associates at other dealerships going forward. He also showed me the engine of a car and told me what to look for in a used car. As it turned out, I used every one of these tips and bought a car within a week at a different dealership. I ciontacted him to let him know how it had gone. I call Steve extraordinary because he chose to go far beyond my expectations by advising me on ways to be a better consumer in the field of used cars. WHO does that in any field when they’re aware it won’t benefit them directly? Steve does. This speaks volumes about his employer, Hanna Imports, in that they hired Steve as a staff member. Well done and a smart decision. When the time comes to buy another car, Hanna Imports -and Steve - will be my first go-to. Excellent car shopping experience My husband and I came to see one pre-owned car in particular at Hannah, but saw others we might like to test drive as well. It was very busy at the de My husband and I came to see one pre-owned car in particular at Hannah, but saw others we might like to test drive as well. It was very busy at the dealership, but our salesman, J.B., managed to multitask and get us into our car quickly. From there, he was a no pressure guy and able to work with us on a couple of issues we had as a contingency of sale. He was extremely pleasant, as was his manager and the finance manager. We LOVE our “new” Lexus RX 450h and had only positive experiences at Hannah. Thanks, J.B.! More
