Emmett was my salesman and he did a wonderful job by not only showing me the car I was interested in but also other alternatives to keep in mind. He did not make me feel like I was being pushed or rushed which was very refreshing. However, upon getting to the Finance part of the experience my mood completely soured when I had to deal with Brandon. As soon as I had any questions to ask about my loan his tone became condescending and he acted like a “know it all.” I could have looked past that as something that I just had to deal with; however, he soon began to belittle me by saying things like “what’s 20 bucks extra a month?” In fact, his “20 dollars” a month turned out to be 90 dollars a month when I ran the loan numbers through my own bank. It is uncalled for for him to assume that an extra 1000 dollars a year is something that should be shortchanged. I also don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to ask questions without him becoming defensive and aggressive. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but he certainly made mine a bad day. If you’re looking to shop here I would definitely work with Emmett for a smooth pressure free time and a beautiful car but be weary of your financial advisor. More
