VW Eos/Steve Smith Steve was very helpful and patient with us as we decided what to purchase and ended up buying 2 vehicles! The Eos had a broken passenger seat release, Steve was very helpful and patient with us as we decided what to purchase and ended up buying 2 vehicles! The Eos had a broken passenger seat release, which he ordered right then on Saturday. Got a call from Cindy on Wednesday that the part was in and scheduled the install for the next day. He went above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable with the car. He let me test drive it to my house (3 miles away) so that my wife could see it. He let me bring a mechanic friend to properly check out the vehicle, wnd they even let us use their car lift in the shop to raise the vehicle and look underneath. These guys aren’t hiding anything. They are transparent. David was very communicative over the few days it took me to think it over. Thank you, David for providing outstanding service! More

Excellent experience I came in early on a Saturday for a test drive and was greeted at the front door by Steve Smith. Working with Steve was a great experience. He gave so I came in early on a Saturday for a test drive and was greeted at the front door by Steve Smith. Working with Steve was a great experience. He gave solid advice on what I should be looking for in a used car and was up front with me about some damage that had been reported when the car I was looking at was sold at auction. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car for the day. I was able to bring the car home to show my wife and install our car seats and give it a test drive with a stroller in the back just to see how much cargo room we would have. It was nice to be able to drive the car around town and really determine whether I liked it or not without any pressure. In the end I was on the fence on whether to buy or not. I discussed my issues with Steve and he addressed all of my concerns. Once I decided to buy the sales process was fairly relaxed compared to what I have experienced in the past. I was given plenty of time to read over all of the documentation. Overall a great experience and I would recommend both Hanna Imports and Steve to friends who are looking for a new car. More
