Went in for undercoating. Came out with a popped tire. They replaced the tire. Then they damaged my rim and caked the outside with grease that will not come off. I'm still waiting on a date for my rim to be fixed. Not impressed with handys. Takes 45 min and 25$ in gas to go there and back. This will be my 3rd trip whenever that is. More

Alan was very friendly and helpful. Even walked me out to my car. <3. Only thing I could comment negatively on is that the (black) interior of my car (Inside of car door and steering Even walked me out to my car. <3. I picked up my new car today! Frank was my salesman and he went above and beyond with me and I felt very comfortable. That's the atmosphere they have going on there ! I was in a panic but of my own doing so I had to wait almost 2 weeks but that was on me and NYS DMV . Waiting game . They had extraordinary patients with me ! The actual sale of the car was to easy they did everything! After driving the car back to NY tonight..I am very grateful!
