Over charged for what appears to be turning off a sensor with a button on the dash at the tune of $400. Then I get home and realize there are parts of my console by my shifter missing and some other random with a button on the dash at the tune of $400. I wish the parts had been ordered in advance - when I’d called a couple weeks before to set up the appointment I was told that the parts could be there within 48 hours – which would’ve cut this service fro called a couple weeks before to set up the appointment I was told that the parts could be there within 48 hours – which would’ve cut this service from three days to one day. Naim kept me up to date and made sure that I was able to get a rental and get home, despite the late hour, and my car sounds and feels better now that it has had the recommended maintenance. I really appreciate how he handled the situation. More
