Our experience with Handy Toyota was exceptional. We wanted to get a RAV4 Plugin Hybrid before the Auto Tarrifs were put in place and they managed to find me the exact model, features and even the c We wanted to get a RAV4 Plugin Hybrid before the Auto Tarrifs were put in place and they managed to find me the exact model, features and even the color I wanted with only a few days to spare. Our sales consultant Adam Bentley and the Sales manager Eric McLaren ensured everything was setup and ran smoothly through the day we dropped off our old SUV and picked up the new RAV4. The finance manager Dennis Gebhardt was friendly and walked us through all of the financial details quickly but thoroughly and got us out the door in less than an hour. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the peace of mind that we will be taken care of for years to come by Handy. More

The process for a maintenance service call was easy. I had to call as the Toyota app had failures attempting to schedule an appointment. (Typically that's how I schedule elsewhere.)
