Today's visit was much better than previous - mainly because Naim was excellent at giving the time estimate, and that it was accurate, which has not always happened. Did not like that I could not order what I wanted. Had to wait for one close to what I wanted to be allocated to the dealership. Got most of what I wanted except for color. Looks like not dealers fault but the way Toyota chooses to do business. Offers build your car app.on internet but then you can not order it? More
