Had to have a battery replaced in my 2019 Highlander. It had died on Friday afternoon. I called the service dept and they made an appointment for Saturday at 9:30 am. I took the car down on Friday afternoon so it would be there in the AM. I received a call from Darren at 8:30 that my car was done and ready to be picked up. He also stated that the technician took it for a ride to make sure that it was operating okay. I appreciate the dedication I receive at Handy's. My Toyota only goes to Handy' St. Albans for Service. My 2025 Toyota Camry requires 0-8w oil . Handy service put 0-16w oil ( without letting me know ) and also overfill oil well above maximum line .
