Errol Rule, with the Rental Car part of Handy's, a man of few words and a good listener, adeptly, confidently processed my short time use of a car while mine was being repaired, and gave opinion and advice when I asked. In January, Darren Callan from Service Department efficiently processed my 12 mo/10k milage check-up. He listened respectfully, answered my questions, gave answers and advice when I asked. Most recently, Naim Qubrosi in the Service Department helped me navigate some warranty and maintenance work on the Prius. When I expressed dismay about replacing a damaged part, he investigated further and found it would be covered under warranty. I appreciated that! Naim kept me informed, he answered my questions, gave advice when I asked. He was respectful, polite, helpful. All good. More
