I've had a decent experience buying cars from Handy, but have never left feeling satisfied with their Service Department. Today was better timing-wise than previous visits, but I was quoted prices for servi have never left feeling satisfied with their Service Department. Today was better timing-wise than previous visits, but I was quoted prices for services that were marked as must-do during an inspection, which apparently didn't include the costs of labor, and my bill, in the end, was significantly higher than I was anticipating. One such cost was $10 to install wiper blades (which already cost more than similar parts if purchased elsewhere). Please just tell me up front next time and I'll take the minute and a half to go out and change them myself. More
