The experience of buying a used car from them was very good. The salesman (Jean Marie) was extremely helpful and nice - no pushing or trying to talk me into anything, and he was very professional, answeri good. Handy Toyota has been my wife's go-to spot for her Rav. When my FJ cruiser needed some work, I immediately thought of Handy. I was a little upset to find out that I was only covered for three oil changes in my extended warranty and it wasn't explained to me ahead of time that I would be responsible for paying this oil change befo for three oil changes in my extended warranty and it wasn't explained to me ahead of time that I would be responsible for paying this oil change before I brought it in. Needless to say I will not be making an appointments to bring my car in for oil changes anymore More
