Alan Brown was great! I was having difficulty hearing back from another service advisor and Alan was able to get me an answer to my question within minutes and let me know I was having difficulty hearing back from another service advisor and Alan was able to get me an answer to my question within minutes and let me know what the solution to my problem was. He sent me an electronic copy of my vehicle health report and gave me a paper copy at the end too. Alan took the time to explain any concerns about my car that he had. He was great and even walked me out to my car when my car was ready to go. Thank you Alan! More

Handy's is my preference for toyota needs. The staff I have dealt with have been very friendly and attentive. I used to go to shelburne road but I can never get through to the parts department The staff I have dealt with have been very friendly and attentive.
