I was happy that arriving a little early that they started the process immediately. It was a much better experience then the one l had a year ago. Everyone gives a 5 star rating right after they have purchased their car, but I am giving my review 3 months later. I purchased my Rav on 5/18/23. I wanted to buy out my lease. With interest rates being purchased their car, but I am giving my review 3 months later. I purchased my Rav on 5/18/23. I wanted to buy out my lease. With interest rates being so high right now, I thought I would finance through Toyota to see if the rate was lower than national average. During the process I kept asking, what is the interest rate, what is the rate? The response was vague...well we don't really know until the end, etc. The rate ended up being over 8%!! Fast forward to August and I just barely got my registration in the mail on the 8th! I called the DMV to find out where it was late July and they said it wasn't received until late June! Why the delay in sending this Handy?? The temporary registration expires after 60 days so here I was with an expired temp registration! Glad I didn't get pulled over, I'm sure the cops wouldn't have cared for my "excuse". Now that I finally have my registration, I can refinance at a lower rate. I called Dennis about cancelling GAP insurance, left a message and received no reply. Called again 3 days later and he answers the phone. I tell him I left a message, he never got it...He gives me the run around on cancelling the GAP coverage, says what if you hit a deer? REALLY? Says to contact him once I have refinanced to cancel. Now I have finally refinanced and emailed him Monday to cancel the GAP. I also wanted to know why my temporary registration said the purchase price was lower than what was financed. Was it due to the GAP? No response as of today. I never wanted GAP and I do not need the GAP. I work from home and hardly drive my car. He somehow convinced me during my buying process that I must have this. Trying to cancel it has been a nightmare and I will never buy a car from them again. More

I have purchased and serviced vehicles at Handys with good results in the past, however the new software purchased for the Service Dept is terrible! It is incomplete and very confusing as to the final co good results in the past, however the new software purchased for the Service Dept is terrible! It is incomplete and very confusing as to the final cost to the customer, which makes one feel like they are being manipulated! I was under the impression that the final bill would be $1500-1600, but it was another $600 for diagnostics which was not clear. The fault is not the service person, but this new software. I need to confirm service to be done with a person giving clear and concise costs for services, not a very inadequate email software program obviously purchased to replace the counter people inside! I will hesitate to continue service in the future due to this! William Fagan More
