We recently bought a Tacoma at Handy and it was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Right from our first phone conversation and through the final signature of the paperwork, Jake was pro experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Right from our first phone conversation and through the final signature of the paperwork, Jake was professional, enthusiastic, engaged, pro-active and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and Jake was able to get the additional accessories we wanted put on that day so we could leave with the vehicle exactly how we wanted it. We thought adding on additional options would take weeks and he was able to have them installed that day. I would highly recommend going to this dealership and contacting Jake if we are looking for a positive and transparent car buying experience. We also appreciated working with Dennis in finance as he was just as helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained our options and gave us space to make decisions based on our family’s needs. More
