Matt was very helpful and accommodating and even understood how someone like me who drove a no-frills crank-window car for the last 14 years might be a wee tad overwhelmed with the high-tech aspects understood how someone like me who drove a no-frills crank-window car for the last 14 years might be a wee tad overwhelmed with the high-tech aspects of the Prius.
