I have given Haley Certified this rating for many reasons. I love Haley they worked fast on finding me a vehicle and I love my new car!!! The employees were great, friendly and caring. Stopped in for an oil change about 4 pm. Even though it was very late in the day, they were as friendly as always. Raman Kumar has always been helpful, and recommended new wipers and spark plugs ( never ch was very late in the day, they were as friendly as always. I challenged him as to why they weren't replaced in a prior extensive service, and he explained why. Wish other dealers ( rhymes with wolksvagen) were as honest and friendly. I'm buying another Toyota as much because of the reliable service as the car. Would recommend Haley for purchase and service. More

We were able to handle most of the deal over the phone, very nice when you have a small baby, and the pick-up went very smoothly. Even after our purchase, he was still incredibly helpful and friendly. We've had sales people in the past ignore us after the sale, definitely not Albert.
