I was searching for a car and was turned down so many times by other dealerships (due to my poor credit). I kept thinking about Haley Toyota but was intimidated by the big name. When I walked in I was gr times by other dealerships (due to my poor credit). I kept thinking about Haley Toyota but was intimidated by the big name. When I walked in I was greeted by Walter Ford, who was so nice, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me my car and we took it for a test drive. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or tricked into buying my new new Toyota Corolla. Within three hours I drove my new car home! The dealership even took care of the tags and title for me. The next day I left the car's lights on and drained my battery (how stupid!) so I called Walter and he arranged for a tow truck to come and give me a jump, they also took me back to the dealership to see if i needed another battery, since it was late in the evening and the service department was closed, they gave me a nice loaner to drive in the meanwhile. I really appreciate these guys!! More

When I came into the show room after closing, Walter Ford seemed pleased to meet me and was more than willing to help me in any way that he could. However, I was unhappy when I learned of the "no-return" policy, until Michael allowed me to take the car home to get inspected by my mechanic (no purchase/return - just take it to your mechanic). I kept the car for two days, it received highest praise from my mechanic, and I bought the car with a comfortable feeling that I was getting the best car I could hope to get for my money. More
