A couple of weeks ago I was in desperate need of a car so I went on a search. Everywhere I went either turned me down or had to high of a car note. In writing this review, I am very torn about how I feel regarding my overall experience with Haley Toyota Certified. I was very happy with my salesman Albert Lee. He was very helpful, straightforward, an regarding my overall experience with Haley Toyota Certified. I was very happy with my salesman Albert Lee. He was very helpful, straightforward, and honest. But to be honest, I am not totally satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. I must say that Albert and Haley have made tremendous effort in making things right. So here it is. The same night I took my vehicle home, I noticed several mechanical problems. This was not acceptable, having 3 young children and an infant. I contacted Albert to let him know, and he was right on top of it. He told me to bring it in to them right away. Turns out that the issues were so extensive, my car had to be sent to a GM service center. Five days later, it was ready to be picked up. The problems were fixed, but the fact that I just purchased a car that needed so much work right away set very uneasy with me. It leaves me to wonder if this car was even inspected before going onto the lot. It's very important to me to have confidence in a dealership that they are not selling me a xxx. And I'm not very confident in my purchase at all. I feel like I traded in my car that needed no mechanical work done, for a car that is a money pit. There is still one other issue, that didn't start happening until after my car was returned to me, that needs to be addressed. Also I'm still waiting on volume dials that were missing from my rear stereo. So this review is not my complete and final review. Hopefully, my experience can be turned into a positive one. I will update once I get the dials that were promised to me, and when I get this other issue checked out, and to also allow myself more time to drive around in my car. More

After researching used cars over the internet and taking a couple of test drives at other dealerships, my husband and I looked over the choices at Haley Toyota. After leaving another dealership un satisfied, I called Haley. Mr Lee answered the phone and I told him I didn't want to come in because things didn't seem probable. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted my payments. Mr. Lee and the finance manager (Mike) did exactly that. I left the same day with an awesome vehichle and was very pleased with the service.
