Hopefully, an exception We usually have a very good experience with Haley, but if this had been our first visit, we probably would not come back. We had an appointment for the state vehicle inspection and asked to have the AC checked. We left our car the night before the appointment, so there would be no delays and asked for the work to be completed by noon. We had a call from Haley at 8 a.m., but the number was not the Haley number we recognized, and they left no message. More than 3 hours later a message was left from Haley and we immediately called back. It took about another half hour to actually make contact with the service rep. We explained what we wanted (and had written on the service order), and asked that future calls go to our home phone, not the cell phone. Three hours later the next call was again to the cell phone, during which a list of work was offered. We agreed to have several items of work done. Two hours after that we were informed that the car was ready, but the service rep did not know what the bill would be. When we picked up the car, there was again confusion about where the paperwork was, and no one went over the bill to explain each item. Apparently, the work took two hours and could have been done by noon if personal contact hadn't been so spotty. Normally, we get much better service and personal contact with the service reps. More
