The best car repair expereince I have ever had. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Lee Majors and Raman Kumar for phenomenal customer service. Last Thursday, I expereinced some problems on a I want to express my sincere gratitude to Lee Majors and Raman Kumar for phenomenal customer service. Last Thursday, I expereinced some problems on a business trip driving back to Richmond from Baltimore. Unsure what to do and in need of a quick resolution, I dropped my car off that night with no appointment. By late morning, Friday, I received a reassuring call from Lee. He told me they worked the car in and identified the problem. It was great news to hear the issue was not serious and they could get the parts in to fix it on Saturday! This alone far exceeded my expectations. During the day on Saturday I received a follow-up call from Lee, who was not working, but happened to be at the service center. He took a few minutes to check on the repair progress when he learned they found another issue and, knowing I needed the car as quickly as possible, gave me a call to explain what was required. I can't explain how delighted I was to experience that level of professionalism Then, when I got that call late Friday that the car was ready, I got a final piece of good news from Raman. He did some homework and found that the issue was covered by an extended Totyota Service warranty. What was a $700 repair, cost me less than $50 due to his diligence. In the car care business, I think it is all too common to hear horror stories about customer experience. On the contrary, The Haley team exceeded my expectations and I have already told my story story about a half dozen times and will surely tell it again many more.
