Coming from a sales/mkting/customer service background I truly understand sales and "all that involves" and what hoops we all have to jump through at times. Sammy and I also can be a "bit" ha ha, demanding in our search but the end result is the same. We want all to achieve a win/win and everyone leaving feeling good abt the transaction and the purchase. You accomplished all with """"flying colors""""" Not once but now "two" times. You even anticipated some issues we may have and acted on it pro-actively which is rare in this day and time. Customer Service seems to be heading toward a thing of the past but you are the definition of good customer service.
