Ken responded immediately to an email that I sent late on Friday night requesting to test drive a vehicle that was in their inventory. When I arrived at the dealership I was surprised and happy to see the vehicle near the door with my name on it. Within four hours I left the dealership in my brand new vehicle feeling good, welcomed, very informed, very satisfied with my choice of dealership and vehicle, and very satisfied with the professionalism of the entire sales and service team. The Capital Buick team dotted every "i" and crossed every "t". They have won a loyal sales and service customer. Did I mention how great my car looks? More
I was happy when I saw the good reviews from other customers but... I drove 40 minutes to look at a yellow GTO. Car has 3 obvious issues that would stop it from passing inspection. 1. Exhaust lea customers but... I drove 40 minutes to look at a yellow GTO. Car has 3 obvious issues that would stop it from passing inspection. 1. Exhaust leak, fairly large. Can hear it and you can feel it if you reach behind the drivers side muffler 2. Back tires are worn in the middle, not the noticeable on the outer edge 3. Front drivers headlight is full of water, needs to be replaced. Isnt the normal wear or scuffing, it has water in it. The price on the car was steep but I really needed one so I told him it would be OK if the issues were fixed. The manager said that they would have to charge for that even though they should have never put an inspection sticker on it in the first place. I have contacted the Virginia State Police about the issue and they will be investigating my experience as well. The only reason I contacted the police is because when I was leaving they pulled it up front to show/sell it to someone else instead of looking at or addressing the issues. Manager was confrontational and the sales guy acted like he knew absolutely nothing about cars, which is OK if you aren't a car salesman. More
Greg was great to work with - always responsive and low pressure. I think I got a fair price on my car - however there was a problem with the radio after purchase. My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300S from Capital. After an extensive online search, I found the best overall option on Capital's website. Since we live about 80 miles from this dealership, I inquired about its availability through the website. I was immediately called by Brad Johnson. His phone call was informative, friendly and to the point. Understanding that I lived some distance from the dealership, Brad sent me a detailed video email of the vehicle. Once we decided that we would buy the vehicle and make the drive to the dealership within a few days, Brad kept in contact and made my wife and I feel secure that this particular vehicle would be there when we arrived. Brad was waiting and ready to show us the vehicle and was extremely helpful in our purchase. Our overall experience with Brad, and the entire Capital team was extremely positive. More
I am dissatisfied with the quality of service I've received this far. My car has been waiting for service since Monday evening. This has not only been an inconvenience but lost of income as well. Unfortunately my jobs are related to traveling to different locations throughout a day. My concern is that I was given an incorrect quote and now my car has not been serviced. Due to the economy I choose to have my car service here as I was quoted by Parts dept $315.00 for the part and $90.00 for service by Jason.Only after the diagnostic was I told a different price , when he already knew prior too, that the diagnostic were only going to confirm our initial conversation about the cost of the labor. He later told me that he was a new employee and he had made an error. Totally unacceptable! I'm having trouble understanding why I have to continue being inconvenience, while he comes up with a plan to order a cheaper part to offset his mistake. I think Jason should take full responsibility for his actions and be held accountable. Please contact me ASAP to enlighten me as to how proper procedure for honoring wrong quotes.
