We were extremely disappointed in the company's decision to not offer to sell us a vehicle because we were from out of state and required a transport to pick up the vehicle. They stated it is their poli to not offer to sell us a vehicle because we were from out of state and required a transport to pick up the vehicle. They stated it is their policy to not sell vehicles to out of state customers unless they can come in personally and pick up the vehicle. We offered to waive their warranty period and even sign a hold-harmless agreement in order to get the deal done. All were refused. It makes you wonder if they are hiding something and are not confident in the vehicles they are selling. Very sad for a dealer of this magnitude and reputation to be so difficult to do business with. More

After two days of trying to get a quote and make arrangements to buy a 2018 GMC Sierra I was contacted by the internet sales manager. When I told him we never received anything on the vehicle, withi arrangements to buy a 2018 GMC Sierra I was contacted by the internet sales manager. When I told him we never received anything on the vehicle, within an hour I got a quote from the CSR (Fransisco) right away. I spoke to him on the phone and asked him to confirm the availability of the vehicle and we he finally called back, he said the vehicle was being driven by an employee who had wrecked it and it was no longer available. If I could leave a no stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The whole car shopping experience was great with Kyle but everything went downhill from there. Kashif is the most dishonest finance manager and believes that he knows everything that you need without giving you choices. Added on a bunch of unnecessary items to my loan without asking, just telling. I re-signed my contract THREE times. Then the tag issue. They went on to call only my grandmother (the primary on the loan), and didn't call me, who Kashif had no problem with texting and calling when we were processing the loan in the first place, and they took it upon themselves to issue a new plate even though I requested a transfer. Catalina, their tag agent, is unprofessional and dishonest. They do no digging to help you, just the bare minimum to decide what is best for you. DONT BUY FROM HERE. More
