My BEETLE has found a new home for service!!! I originally spoke with Tony (service advisor) who was very helpful with all my questions, days later when I called back to schedule I dealt with Matt I originally spoke with Tony (service advisor) who was very helpful with all my questions, days later when I called back to schedule I dealt with Matt, the Service Manager, due to Tony's absence that day and he was extremely helpful to me as well. When I came in on Saturday I dealt with Tyler and he was just as helpful as the others that I spoke with. I was satisfied and impressed by all three gentleman in the manner that they dealt with me, . I felt very confident and relaxed taking my car to your dealership due to these 3 employees listening to my concerns. More

Went to purchase vehicle with money in hand coming from over 90min away after work last Wednesday. Upon inspection, I found the fender was creased and told them I couldn’t make the purchase in that conditi over 90min away after work last Wednesday. Upon inspection, I found the fender was creased and told them I couldn’t make the purchase in that condition. They told me they could have it fixed up within the week due to this being a time sensitive purchase. It is now over 9 days later after purchase and promise of fix and I still have no vehicle and have since resorted to a $500 last second rental car. You have my money, my vehicle, and didn’t come through on agreement made. I will never do business here or any Bob Rohrman dealership again. More
