I needed new tires and an oil change. I was able to get the work done very quickly. I am happy with the work that was done and that I was able to get an appointment right away. I do not like the fact that this dealer has additional 3.5% fee for paying for service with a credit card. There is no additional fee if you pay with a debit card. More
As soon as I got to my appointment I asked to see the vehicle and I was disappointed as they were trying to sell a vehicle that had water damaged. How do I know this? I soon as I open the hood I noticed vehicle and I was disappointed as they were trying to sell a vehicle that had water damaged. How do I know this? I soon as I open the hood I noticed that there was sand all over the engine. Some of the parts were rusted already due to the water damaged. When I mentioned this to the sales guy he acted surprised! We are talking about a 30K vehicle in this condition. I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you do end up getting a vehicle from here please be aware and inspect the car as much as you can. More
I brought my car in for an oil change on a scheduled appointment and it took a long time. Before I received my cari was told the cat washed, it wasn’t . I went in to get tire pressure light removed I was charged $30 for the service. Within five minutes I had to go back to service because the light came again. Not sure what they did in five minutes but charged $30 for the service. Within five minutes I had to go back to service because the light came again. Not sure what they did in five minutes but the light they did reset it. They next day the light was on again. I had to go back to dealer this time I believe they switched out my driver side tire to the passenger side. This seemed to have solved the issue thus far. I went the service 3 times before the problem was "fixed". More
