The dealer sold me a truck not safe for on road driving. This would have been found on the test drive if Ron Monaco the salesman didn't make me get off the freeway after one mile. To top this terrible experience off, after I told Rocco the sales manager that I wasn't interested in any additional services for the truck, only the amount we agreed upon for the truck, tax, title, registration and documentation fees, the finance agent slipped in a $4K warranty and $2,515 "Smart Diver" service in the paperwork where I missed it. I told him I wasn't interested in a warranty and he said it's "included in the purchase at no additional cost" so I left it alone. The "Smart Driver" service was never even mentioned, literally have no idea what it is, but was charged for it. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, buyer beware! More

When my mother in law asked for his personal phone number so she could call him on his birthday he didn't hesitate and gave it to her! I feel like we got an acceptable deal on a good used car. The only ding I'd list is that when we picked up the van the low tire pressure light was on. I took it home, filled up the tires and reset the sensor, no problem. Seems like something they could have attended to. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. More
