Bought a truck from them and drove it home to have the check engine light come on. Brought truck back and they “repaired” it only to have the light come back on. Every time I’ve had to take my car in for service I leave frustrated. I tried to call and speak with a manager to explain my frustration with the lack of communication and never received a call back so now a frustrated. Took my car in for a new tire and they had my car 3 days and didn’t even bother to put the hubcap covers back on. Went in for my 10,000 mile service and was there for 3 hours. No inspection report was given. Asked them to check a tire for a leak and have no idea what happened with that. I checked out with the cashier (who was extremely nice) and no one from service actually talked to me about my car. Sales department was amazing but service has been a complete let down. I will drive farther to a different dealer for service from now on. More
