Workers unable to work without a manager. My car was brought in at 9 a.m. one other person came in for work.there was no manager in that day..but one was called and came in at noon. Dropped off my vehicle at 11:45am, was told it would be ready by 3pm. It was ready until 5:15pm. Waiting time was beyond disappointing. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department! They were very friendly and helpful and I felt like I payed a good price for what was done. I had just purchased a Nissan from a differen department! They were very friendly and helpful and I felt like I payed a good price for what was done. I had just purchased a Nissan from a different dealership and discovered some damage. The dealership I bought it from wouldn't do anything about it. So I called to set up an appointment here because it was closer and also a Bob Rohrman's dealership. The lady that answered was very friendly and helpful considering my situation. Chris the mechanic that worked on my car was also very friendly and helpful. Even though it was a VW dealership, he had worked on Nissans for 7 years and knew them well. I also was missing the cap from one of the stems on a tire that wasn't replaced and he put on a new one for me. All in all it was a great experience. Now I am happy to finally enjoy my new car! More
Since I got to the dealership, everyone was offering to help! I felt welcomed. Cameron was the salesman person I got and he was very helpful. Went in for engine light they explained what the problem was and that it was covered under the extended warranty. But then they told me that i needed the transmission flushed they said the oil looked bad. was and that it was covered under the extended warranty. But then they told me that i needed the transmission flushed they said the oil looked bad. How can that be when 2 months ago i had the 80k service done. the transmission flush was supposed to be done then. So does that mean i am being lied to for an Up-Sell? Or they didn't do the transmission flush at my 80k service. either way is not good. All i want is a service center i can trust and wont scam me. It appears i can not trust their service dept. . More
