They are greatly understaffed, no communication with me after I left numerous message regarding the Status of my car being completed over a 2 1/2 day period. I had to get a ride to the facility and physic after I left numerous message regarding the Status of my car being completed over a 2 1/2 day period. I had to get a ride to the facility and physically walk in to talk to someone! “Greg” was the only person that seemed to know what was going on and it was obvious that he was multi-tasking and trying to do several different jobs at once... He was clearly overwhelmed. And, was doing the best he could under the circumstances- He was very apologetic, professional and took time to find my paperwork and car and get me out the door as soon as he could.. Management has to be aware of these issues - Obviously, the customers are! More

The service advisor Greg is essentially useless. It took three days of my car being in “dispatch” before it was looked at and the same day it was physical looked at it had a solution to the issue. T It took three days of my car being in “dispatch” before it was looked at and the same day it was physical looked at it had a solution to the issue. The service Manager Matt answered my call and was furious that my vehicle had been there three days without even being inspected. the technician, William, was able to solve the issue so quick and I had my car back the next day. The most frustrating part was how Greg ignored me for three whole days before my vehicle was looked at which concerns me how he treats other customers, but the rest of the team made the whole situation better minus him. More
I was able to work out the cost of my oil change, however, I had scheduled an appointment for 12:20pm and my car was not ready until around 3:00pm. I did not anticipate that there would so long of a wait and even though a courtesy text was sent out to me to address any questions I had for the duration of my service, no one responded to my question asking for an eta. I always get my oil changed at Rohrman dealerships because I trust that I am receiving quality service for my vehicle. The lack of communication with the most recent service was disappointing. When I finally picked my car up, it wasn’t even washed, which is not the biggest deal in the world, but if I’m going to wait 3 hours for a routine oil change, which is completely ridiculous, at least give the car a quick wash. More
