At the dealership and realized on my way home that a function that they said was going to disappear never disappear after a couple days and then proceeded to call them and let them know that there was still a problem I get a call from the district I’m sorry the Director of Service who trails me that it was his mistake the car should never have been so with the function that is at and he was going to do his best to try to fix it after I went to the dealer rating they called me with always sorry we got a fix it blah blah blah never happened so at this rate they have bad service they do not do what they say they tell you one thing and then do another and completely unhappy

I bought a 2016 BMW X5 n found out the parking Indicator was malfunctioning. They explain the light would go off once I reached Milwaukee. This dealership is knew with selling Foreign cars However that doesn’t explain them telling me by the Director of Service dept that the X5 was not ready for sale when they sold it to me n let me take it home to Milwaukee. Once the dealership received the notice that Dealerrster was involved Matt ( Director) said he would do everything in his power to get me a rental n fix the problem. They did just that than return the X5 back to me with the indicator light still on and it not fixed. Matt stated last week he was trying to find me a replacement car while they had mine. I have emailed them n called with no response to this date a month later…
