Receptionist cannot figure out if appointments can be schedule let alone have a full conversation. The original service advisor was good but the service advisor my ticket got transferred to let my waiter schedule let alone have a full conversation. The original service advisor was good but the service advisor my ticket got transferred to let my waiter oil change vehicle sit on the drive for at least 15 mins before touching the paperwork. Above all else my oil is low after having just gotten an oil change by the manufacturer specific dealership. Overall a complete waste of my time and any customer after me More
Never get called back. Service guy wouldn't tell me what was done. Said ill email it to you. That was 2 days ago and still no email. I had to scheduled multiple appointments with them because the problem I originally had wasn’t fixed the first time. I will admit they were super helpful and wanted to make sure it got fixed for me. It just stinks because the entire process took a month and I just wanted it fixed as soon as possible. They were able to change one of my worn down parts which was nice. When I finally picked my car up the last time the noise was gone, I was so happy they finally found the source. But then the next day it was back just like that. Idk what they did to make the noise stop but whatever happened it came back. And it drives me nuts. I know my car is under warranty but it’s the entire process of scheduling over and over again and having to wait two weeks just to get my car in. The people were really nice I’m just upset about the length in time and how it never got fixed the second time. More
