Mr. Keith, I am sorry to hear you have had a less than perfect experience when purchasing a vehicle from our facility. As you remember, after speaking to you about your purchase we offered you two solutions. 1) To completely reverse your transaction; 2) To make changes to the existing transaction that you yourself proposed, as a gesture of goodwill, in order to retain high level of customer satisfaction. You chose the latter option, and stated you were satisfied with the solution. It now seems it is no longer the case. Since we are unable to resolve your concerns, we are happy to reverse the transaction for a full refund. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make proper arrangements.

What about the finance manger tied selling me the warranty in exchange for lower interest rate You would think that was the main problem not just making me return the car if I’m happy or not but you would allow the finance manger to do that to me and who ever else he decides to coerce the sell too address that big problem

As we discussed before, we take your concerns very seriously and we will take steps to ensure this kind of misunderstanding doesn't occur in the future. We also explained that the reason we were able to lower your interest rate was by changing financing terms to your advantage. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with reversing the sale.

I’m reporting this to the BBB I believe they have laws to protect against Tied selling It’s laws with the FTC Competition Act Calling the bank that I have the loan with to make them aware of what I experienced I will talk to a lawyer because it illegal to coerce the sell it’s more than if I’m happy with the sell or the finance guy cross the line Bring the car back

How and why did you change my interest rate Because you offered me a warranty to change my rate Nothing else change on my side my down payment was the same my credit score the same
