If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was very dissatisfied with the service received. I brought my car in to get looked at and had them ordered parts. A couple days later I get a call I was very dissatisfied with the service received. I brought my car in to get looked at and had them ordered parts. A couple days later I get a call and I didn’t answer cause I was at work, called them back later that day three times and no one answered. I tried several times every day after that and no one could seem to help me find out why they called me. The manager finally called me a week later and I set up an appointment. I had my appointment set for 7am on Thursday so I dropped my car off Wednesday night and they told me it would be done by Thursday afternoon. I didn’t hear anything all day and the car net app didn’t give me any notifications that my car moved so I called and found out that they hadn’t even touched it, it was 3 in the afternoon. So they told me they were putting a rush on it and going to get it done before the time they closed. So they called me an hour and a half later and said I could come get it because it was done. When my mom and I arrived we asked to speak with a manager the service advisor Julio came to speak with us because we were very upset about this whole situation and was understanding. He then got the service manager Bill for us and we explained to him are frustration with this whole process and he was nothing but disrespectful to us. He was condescending to us as women. And was completely out of line, and didn’t help the situation at all. I have never met a manager more condescending and rude. Overall my parents or myself will never return to this place ever again nor recommend this place to anyone. This experience was awful. More
Retuned less than 6 hours after oil leak from oil change. Requested service manager call at 6:00 as worried if I should drive it or not. Two people reached out tor Bill….no call to a customer back who was having a bad experience. Found out washer cracked and needed replaced so obviously the tech messed that up. No major apology by service dept nor offered a free oil change which would have been THE LEAST that could have been done. Next day sent text directly from Bill that if I wasn’t completely satisfied to let him know via that text. Responded to him then NOTHING. Rohrman obviously just gonna write off this new Volkswagen customer. Very disappointing indeed. More
Bad service and very rude manager. Bad experience from start to finish. Car was in shop n had to be worked on again before leaving with it after being told it was ready n paying. Second bad experience with Gurnee VW. This time got it later than I requested and told I’d be good by. And worse, had to return it after found 3 leak spots on my drive and garage due to a This time got it later than I requested and told I’d be good by. Only a hey no charge for this!!! Well God I would hope so. More
