Bought a used car from Gurnee VW and was the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Car died the day after I got it home and dealing with used Sales Manager Will to get the issue resolved was like pulling t experience I’ve ever had. Car died the day after I got it home and dealing with used Sales Manager Will to get the issue resolved was like pulling teeth. Dealership needs to understand that customer service doesn’t stop the second you drive the vehicle off the lot. More
