Waited 3 hours for an oil change when I was supposed to have an appt. Tried to charge me $215 for said oil change when I was told it would be $89 over the phone. After some hassle they got the price down. More

Employees were friendly but dealership was construction so no waiting room or air conditioning was available in the summer. Also, car wash that I waited on didn’t even get car very clean. More
