How would rate a shop if it took them 4 hour to do your oil change ??? Scheduled two weeks in advance. 8am got to dealer at 7:30 am to be first in line. 4 hours!!!. My first attempt 3 weeks ago the dealer oil change ??? Scheduled two weeks in advance. 8am got to dealer at 7:30 am to be first in line. 4 hours!!!. My first attempt 3 weeks ago the dealer told me it would only take a hour when i made my appointment then when i got there they told me 2 and a half hours. I sat at yoir dealership for 45 minutes and my car never moved so i cancelled. So now i have over 5 and a half hour into a oil change on my 2021 jetta. I was going to upgrade to a GTI or R next year but thinking sell my Jetta so i never have to get a 5 hour oil change again. More
