How would rate a shop if it took them 4 hour to do your oil change ??? Scheduled two weeks in advance. 8am got to dealer at 7:30 am to be first in line. 4 hours!!!. I sat at yoir dealership for 45 minutes and my car never moved so i cancelled. So now i have over 5 and a half hour into a oil change on my 2021 jetta. I was going to upgrade to a GTI or R next year but thinking sell my Jetta so i never have to get a 5 hour oil change again. More

Last time went great unfortunately this time I got charged a diagnostic fee of 150 and my issue wasn't resolved. But there was no mention of the fuel door actuator needing to be replaced which is the main issue I brought the car in, I order the part and door from a 3rd party website and paid 170 for both. More
