We were dealing with three competing local dealers and the experience at Gurnee VW was head and shoulders above the others. I went to three other VW dealers before visiting Gurnee. In each case id gone in with approved financing just wanting to make a deal....just a few bucks off a 2011 Tiguan...no one wanted my business, at lea In each case id gone in with approved financing just wanting to make a deal....just a few bucks off a 2011 Tiguan...no one wanted my business, at least they sure didn't act like they did....until I happened upon the Gurnee Guys! Everyone at Gurnee was a pleasure to work with - no pressure, honest facts and figures and no bs. I did a deal within a half hour and left less than an hour later with my new car - they even cleaned my husbands car while we waited for mine! I was provided a comprehensive overview of the vehicle and all it's bells and whistles. I couldn't be happier with the car, the service everything! More
