A Great Second Gunn Honda Experience! I had a wonderful second experience buying a new car at Gunn Honda. (I bought my first Honda almost 15 years ago and it was a wonderful vehicle.) Adrian Garza, my internet sales consultant, helped me buy a new car and was a tremendous advocate for getting me a good car loan. I was in a little bit of disbelief when I drove my new Honda off the lot since I’d been so uncertain about getting a loan owing to a difficult financial past. Not only did Adrian help me buy a new car, but he also helped me realize a more hopeful financial future. I’m grateful and I love my new Honda. Of course, once you’ve driven a Honda, you can’t go back to driving anything else! More

You were pleasant, courteous, never put out when answering all our questions and you demonstrated extreme knowledge of the product. Even from the beginning when there was a price discrepancy due to front office manager error quoting me a lower price originally then changing after, you sat me down and talked me into other feasible options. Even after some inward disappointment, the options you provided were extremely satisfying for us to get our expected price. It did not stop there though with your service, you quickly corrected another change in price provided to us from back office, knowing there was already a disappointment with front office error. If that second price, discreptancy was allowed to slide, I was prepared to walk out of Gunn Honda that day and never return. Thanks to your professional service, we are please to inform Gunn Honda that the experience you provided us was a memorable one and it is our hope to return again some day. There will be no hestitation to recommend you to our friends and family. In fact, my mother-in-law may soon be looking to trade in her Nissan and we will be directing her to you. We will check in with her again on it. Note: Even though we mentioned back office. Our experience in the back office was a pleasant one, it was just the front office manger service i would not rate as 5 star.They allowed me to walk out that Saturday after i told them the deal i was getting with another Honda dealer without asking me if i was happy with the entire deal(i.e vehicle color, seat color, mileage etc.). I took it on myself to come back in after reviewing some cars on the outside to ask on other options that was when they had me work with you. As always thanks for Great Sevice! We love our vehicle. Worth my loyality I've been loyal to having my car serviced at Gunn Honda since I bought my Fit in 2007, and every time I come, I am very happy with service. It is a l I've been loyal to having my car serviced at Gunn Honda since I bought my Fit in 2007, and every time I come, I am very happy with service. It is a longer drive for me to come to the dealer, but worth it, in that I feel my car is well taken care of, and why it is running so well now. I never feel like they add on extra services that are not needed, but are good about spotting a issue before it comes a problem. This was my first time with Rosa in express service and she was excellent! My previous car, I started off going to the dealer service and then found that it was over priced and not quality work, so I was hesitant with trying out a dealer service again, but Gunn honda on 1-10 has been consistently courteous, high-quality, and fair price for the service. The service department makes me also loyal to Gunn Honda and to get my next car through them. Although with the quality service, it may be a while before I need a new vehicle. More

While waiting for courtesy can I spoke to Mike Lents about purchasing another car. Mike was good enough to test drive and explain everything about the CRV I was thinking about. Great team. More
