I had a most pleasant and honest experience at Gunn Honda off IH-10 last Friday, Jan. 19, 2024. Eric Salazar was nicest and most upfront honest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He off IH-10 last Friday, Jan. 19, 2024. Eric Salazar was nicest and most upfront honest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and thoroughly explained all the “bells and whistles” it had along with the updated safety features. Next the finance part. JC was the financial loan officer that worked with me to get the best deal. JC worked very hard and even though we didn’t get what I wanted for payments, he came close enough to make it happen. He even went out of his way 3 days later to help me submit a refund request left from my extended warranty on my trade in. This dealership is by far the best to work with and definitely has wonderful personnel to help you along the way including the front receptionist. So if you are looking to buy, trade or update your vehicle, I highly suggest you go see Eric Salazar at Gunn Honda and work with JC when you are ready to close your deal. More
