While waiting for courtesy can I spoke to Mike Lents about purchasing another car. Mike was good enough to test drive and explain everything about the CRV I was thinking about. Great team. More

Worth my loyality I've been loyal to having my car serviced at Gunn Honda since I bought my Fit in 2007, and every time I come, I am very happy with service. It is a l I've been loyal to having my car serviced at Gunn Honda since I bought my Fit in 2007, and every time I come, I am very happy with service. It is a longer drive for me to come to the dealer, but worth it, in that I feel my car is well taken care of, and why it is running so well now. I never feel like they add on extra services that are not needed, but are good about spotting a issue before it comes a problem. This was my first time with Rosa in express service and she was excellent! My previous car, I started off going to the dealer service and then found that it was over priced and not quality work, so I was hesitant with trying out a dealer service again, but Gunn honda on 1-10 has been consistently courteous, high-quality, and fair price for the service. The service department makes me also loyal to Gunn Honda and to get my next car through them. Although with the quality service, it may be a while before I need a new vehicle. More

Used Car rusted out We bought a used van at Gunn Honda. Six months later, after it died in traffic, we had to have the fuel pump. fuel lines replaced. Expensive...almost We bought a used van at Gunn Honda. Six months later, after it died in traffic, we had to have the fuel pump. fuel lines replaced. Expensive...almost 800 dollars. But, that was the easy part. When the mechanic put the van up on the rack, the entire undercarriage of the van was completely rusted. Clearly, it was rusty when Gunn Honda did their "used car inspection", but they sold it anyway. The brake rotors need to be replaced, but are so rusted they have to be cut off. The tie rod is so rusted it is almost broken in half. This van should have been sent to auction, not put out on the sales lot. We have been Gunn customers in the past, this van was our second purchase from them. Never again. More

I went to the waiting area where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and wifi access. My car was done in one hour. The status of my tires, battery, etc were reviewed with me by Denise, I paid and hit the road. Doesn't get much easier or better than this. I've bought several cars from Gunn Honda and they are the only ones who service my car. Totally satisfied customer. More
