This was my 3rd Honda from Gunn - Outstanding Dealership! I recently traded in my Honda for another type of car from another dealership. The joy of a new car is not just the new car, but also the deal you made, the support you get, and the overall experience you have with a dealership. Gunn is so compelling that I sold the new car and went back to Gunn for another Honda Accord. I love the 1 low price, no haggle, and low pressure when check out. Great job Gunn! Great Service My hats off to Mr. Donny Penn and the technicians who worked on my vehicle. I live 150 miles away and normally have a very busy schedule on my days of My hats off to Mr. Donny Penn and the technicians who worked on my vehicle. I live 150 miles away and normally have a very busy schedule on my days off so I have to plan my trips for vehicle maintenance and repair around my scheduled activities well in advance. Mr. Penn gave me an estimated time for completion of the factory recall item and the scheduled maintenance during a previous visit so I used that to plan my trip. Add to that the technicians working on my Accord confirmed what I suspected, that my tires were in bad shape and had to be replaced. They didn't have the particular brand I wanted so they had to obtain them. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Penn notified me that my vehicle was ready well within the schedule I had formulated. To sum it up, not only does it take a great Service Advisor like Mr. Penn who can remember even the smallest detail of a previous visit, it also takes a great staff of technicians who can do the work quickly and at the highest level of quality. More
